Before you ask
- Do I need to send you photos?
- No. On Shopify — the only install we run today — the app reads the product images already on your store and keeps up as you add watches. Nothing to upload, no folder to send, no re-shoot. We cut each watch out of its photo, measure the case in millimetres, and hand back images the embed renders at true physical size. Included in every plan — see pricing.
- Will this touch my live store?
- No. We work on a duplicate of your theme and you preview it via a share link; your published theme is untouched until you publish it yourself. If you don't like it, you simply never publish — there is nothing to undo.
- What does the shopper have to do?
- Take one photo of their wrist, or scan a QR code to take it on their phone. No app, no account, no sign-in. Try it on the live demo.
- I'm not on Shopify.
- Then we can't install for you yet — Shopify is the only live path yet, and the standalone script tag every other platform would use is still being finished. Tell us what you're on anyway: that list is how we decide what ships after Shopify, and you'll hear from us when yours is ready rather than having to check back.
